A New Format – Instructions For Use

A new format for the blog has been built as we continue to pulse blood ’round our bodies.
All exciting new updates will be found here in the form of posts.
There will be a short excerpt from the post and then you can read the whole article by selecting the title of the post.
There should be links at the bottom of each post directing you to the last one and to the next one. otherwise there is a navigation on the right hand side of the screen with all recent posts.
You can also comment on any of the posts. Warning: If anyone comments on spelling mistakes they will no longer be friends, of ours.

Haha, I am tempted to test your commitment and make it a goal to find a spelling mistake…but then my spelling’s pretty appalling too…
